Megan Dudek is currently the MeL Catalog Training and Support Librarian for the Midwest Collaborative for Library Services. She earned her professional degree from Wayne State University in 2009. Prior to joining MCLS, she spent six years at the East Lansing Public Library in a variety of positions.
This webinar is open to any Michigan library wanting to know more about the MeLCat Visiting Patron service. Visiting Patron, also known as Reciprocal Borrowing, is an optional service provided by MeLCat to give patrons of participating libraries the option to get immediate access to the materials they need. The policies and general procedures of the Visiting Patron service will be discussed.
