The Board of Directors shall consist of:
No fewer than eight elected Board Members, ideally comprised of representatives from:
- Academic Libraries (1 each from Indiana and Michigan)
- Public Libraries (1 each from Indiana and Michigan)
- School Libraries (1 each from Indiana and Michigan)
- Special Libraries (1 each from Indiana and Michigan)
- At-Large (1 each from Indiana and Michigan)
