Indiana School Library Mini-Grants 2016

The program

MCLS offered up to twenty $500 collection development mini-grants to school libraries in Indiana that are MCLS members.

The goal of the collection development mini-grants program was to assist school libraries that have limited materials budgets and demonstrate real need to add new materials to their collection. Materials may be in any format needed. 

Funding eligibility

• Applicant was required to be an Indiana school district library that is an MCLS member. Non-member libraries may fill out an MCLS membership application to become eligible.
• Only one application per school district was accepted.
• Awards were based on need.

Deadlines

• The Application deadline was December 30, 2015.
• We sent notifications and mailed a check to grant recipients (payable to the school district) by January 15, 2016.
