Community_EngagementCommunity_Engagement is an electronic discussion list for library staff with an interest in "turning outward" to their communities for deeper community engagement. This list will be of particular interest to library staff who have had training in the Harwood Institute approach or have attended a Public Innovators Lab, but is open to anyone with an interest. |

TechiesTechies is an unmoderated email list geared towards the computer / technical staff at Indiana and Michigan libraries and MCLS. The purpose of this list is to facilitate greater communication between the technical staff at MCLS and its counterparts at MCLS member libraries, and to share ideas, experiences and suggestions for setting up networks, hardware, and software. Additional objectives are to introduce a wide range of techies to different points of view regarding issues like security, email clients, and operating systems, and to share ideas, issues and concerns facing the various networks of libraries. |
