By signing this agreement, Library agrees to:

Pay MCLS an annual subscription fee for RIDES delivery service to the stop site address listed above for the duration of the agreement (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027)

3 days/week     $2,267.46 (Only available to participants in the Lower Peninsula)

In addition to the base price the following surcharges may be assessed:

Tiered volume surcharge based on the volume analysis numbers
Secondary volume surcharge for those central delivery sites serving more than 10 libraries

In addition to the base price an annual participation fee of $135 will be assessed. The participation fee is non-refundable.

Automatic annual renewal of subscription unless MCLS is notified of changes or cancellation prior to June 1. MCLS will advise the Library of renewal pricing prior to June 1.
Designate an official contact person for each delivery site stop who will be subscribed to the RIDES email list.
Abide by the RIDES Policies and Procedures, available at mcls.org/ridesprocedures.
Access the current RIDES label maker to print out required shipping labels.

MCLS reserves the right to review volume and require additional stops per week or increase prices, if necessary.
