The Foundations of Digital Literacy workshop was designed to help library staff gain confidence in everyday interactions with technology and was intended for participants who wanted a basic introduction to digital literacy topics. Because these workshops were funded by the Library of Michigan, they were only open to staff of Michigan libraries.

Each workshop ran from 9:30am – 2:30pm Eastern with a one-hour break for lunch. This workshop was only available as live virtual instruction.
Because the Library of Michigan wants to support Michigan library staff in strengthening their digital literacy, registration was highly subsidized and was only $15 per person, including all materials.
