MCLS is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Selected Web-based Databases to license specific data content for member libraries in Michigan and Indiana.  MCLS will be the negotiating and contracting agency on behalf of the participating libraries and is the point of contact for this RFQ.  Database vendors should contact Diana Mitchell for a copy of the RFQ.
