ProQuest Statistical Abstracts of the United States 2013

Enhanced access to key government and industry data
Published annually by the Federal Government since 1878, The Statistical Abstract of the United States is the best-known statistical reference publication in the country, and perhaps, the world. You’ll find it behind nearly every reference desk in U.S. libraries as the authoritative go-to source. Librarians value the Statistical Abstract as both an answer book (“How much corn is grown in Iowa?”) and a guide to statistical sources (“What organization has the most authoritative data on foreclosures?”). As a comprehensive collection of statistics on the social, political, and economic conditions of the United States, it is a snapshot of America and its people.

1 year subscription = 10% discount
2 year subscriptions = 15% discount

Special offer ends in December! Add Statistical Abstracts of the United States 2013 for this tremendous price before it's too late! For trial access, quotes, or other assistance contact us at services@mcls.org

ProQuest Statistical Abstracts of the World

Single-search access to aggregated data across countries
Building on the positive response to ProQuest Statistical Abstract of the United States, ProQuest Statistical Abstracts of the World aggregates the statistical abstracts of approximately 40 countries and makes the content available through a single-search interface. These statistical abstracts are generally issued by the national statistical offices of foreign governments and contain country-level data not easily found elsewhere. Global and regional statistical compendia issued by international organizations and research firms will also be included.

Users will be able to browse the tabular content of each compendia section by section, apply table-specific filters to narrow results, search across all content or within a single country, as well as view and download a table in a spreadsheet. In its look and feel and overall functionality, the product will resemble ProQuest’s Statistical Abstract of the United States...but with much broader coverage of content.

MCLS discount subscriptions range from $756–$3560.
