eLicensing & Collection Resources (eLCR)

For more than 20 years, MCLS has nurtured strong relationships with vendors allowing us to negotiate the best possible prices on the products and services our libraries need. Today, we work with more than 70 vendors to provide central licenses, discounts, and group purchases for over 2,000 library products and services including databases, eBooks, eJournals, software, and library supplies. 

Additionally, MCLS public library members receive: 

  • An exclusive subscription discount on Text and Learn for Kindergarten (TALK), an early learning text messaging service created by librarians to help caregivers prepare little ones for school success. Visit textandlearn.org for details.
