Invoices may be paid by check, credit card, ACH, debit/eCheck, or authorized deduction from an established deposit account.
Credit card payments include a 3% surcharge while ACH and debit/eCheck payments have no additional fees.
MCLS offers the option of one deposit account per institution for the convenience of MCLS member libraries, allowing for automatic payment of approved charges. Deposit account funds can be applied to the payment of any MCLS offering.

To register for our online payment portal and pay your invoice by credit card or ACH*, visit https://www.billerpayments.com/app/enrolledwebui/#/login?bsn=mcls. When registering, you'll need your invoice number and customer ID as shown on the invoice.
